我也出份力

地铁真是多事之地。

那天坐地铁，某站上来三个外国人，其中一人上车时举着双臂说了一句Free Tibet.虽然声音不是很大，但还是被我听见了，我瞪着他大概一分钟，终于做了我平生第一次爱国举动。

我：Excuse me. What did you just say?

他：I said Free Tibet.

我：You do know what it means, don’t you? If you wanna apologize, it will be accepted.

那厮看着我，一副我为什么要道歉的表情。旁边几个同伴看着他，一副看热闹的表情。

我：May I ask where do you come from?

他：United States.

我：Have you ever been to Tibet?

他：I will. I am gonna.

我：So, actually no. Do you know or have you ever talked to someone, anyone from Tibet?

他：……

我：I’ll take that an No.

他：I saw on the news, you Chinese killed Tibetans.

我：Oh, news. I saw totally different on our news. And by news, you mean CNN which made up stories by totally ignoring the truth that millions of Chinese waving our flags on the street to support Beijing Olympics. If you don’t know that, there is a website called anti-CNN with thousands of photos and videos to prove they are wrong, well, actually lied. You mean that liar CNN?

他：Hey, easy, easy. I just say maybe your government fooled you, you are brainwashed by them.

我：Your former Minister of National Defense (当时一紧张也不太清楚是不是了) lied to you and other counties about Iraq, they started a War there. How far we can count on your government?

他：What if you don’t know the truth?

我：I’ve learned. I know the history of my own country. Most of American people can’t even name 51 states in US.（当时想起了老友记Ross和Joey写美国州名那集） What? You are a judge now? Either you have solid evidence show me that I am wrong or would you just shut up?

他：（估计还在做最后挣扎）Sounds like you are a  real patriot, but why do you learn English?(我当时都不行了)

我：Maybe for a moment in my entire life I can defend my country in your language and you can’t fight back in mine. How do you like that?

他：……（估计当时真的是无语了，因为他不会说中文啊）

我：What else can I help you?

他：……（无奈的脸）

我：All right then.Welcome to Beijing.

 

其实从他们同伴的表情和他自己的话来判断，这些人也不是说非要支持或者怎样，可能就是不知道情况，终于体会到小时候学历史说外交政策是有理有力有节的感觉了，估计人家在咱们自己地盘上也没胆跟我理论，当然了理论咱也不怕他！！我觉得我美剧没有白看。
